This company's customers regularly load vehicles across the sidewalk and bike path while engaged in commerce with Parks Towing at their property, creating a community expense for their financial gain. Repeated contact about this issue has let to no change in practice.

Rung because of illegal parkers. They listened to me. They took me seriously. They came around pretty quickly and removed two vehicles. Thanks Parks. I am sure there will be more people parking illegally.

Excellent service all round! We had a duff starter motor and called Parks to tow us to their service centre. Trevor, who came to tow the van, was really friendly and informative, and he organised it all for us as we were not local and quite stressed. The service from Dave the mechanic was incredibly communicative and helpful from start to finish. We were meant to be travelling to quite a tight schedule so Dave prioritised our repair and kept us regularly updated with prices and timescale. He even did a quick battery check and topped up our oil free of charge! Couldn't ask for better service.
