What amazing staff! With 2 hours to go until the party, and with the job of balloons unexpectedly thrust upon me, the staff were professional, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Incredible service! :) :)

I purchased a large helium balloon from here online and took it to get helium filled where i always go for my balloons with no issues in the past. Only for this one to clearly have multiple holes in one of its legs during inflation causing the entire balloon to deflate soon after. I contacted the store and sent photos only to be told it was the fault of the inflator. Neither company took responsibility for it which is disheartening as the customer is the one who sadly always ends up missing out and losing money. Lesson learned I will mot order from here again.

Very unhelpful staff! My partner took a 90cm balloon in store to get helium and staff would not inflate, the reason they gave was "its too big, it wont fit out our door". I'm guessing they wouldn't do it because we didn't purchase balloon from them. We took it to another store who did it without a problem and it fit out their door and then in our front door.
