Fantastic experience! I recently bought some (very) hard to find stationary from Pepa and received some of the best customer service I think I may have ever had - something I wasn't expecting when buying a few pencils and pens. The Pepa team's communication was prompt and personable (shoutout to Hannah!), and they went above and beyond in managing my request -including creating a custom order and setting aside stock (of which there were only a couple left) for me. The quality of the products they carry is top notch. And the care with which they wrapped each item that I received also shows incredible attention to detail after the sale. When I got the item, I was also very happy to see that they use compostable, plastic-free packaging for their online orders - something that I don't see often, but I appreciate that a lot. Will definitely be returning customer. Thank you!

Pepa stationary has to be by far my favourite stationary stores. Both their online presence and customer service in-store is top quality. I have made multiple online purchases, and they are always beautifully wrapped and have a personalised feel. I cannot recommend pepa stationary enough.
