If you love your dog would not get your dog groomed here just saw groomer growling at dog plus handling ruff as dog was yelping and trying to pull away I know this time of year is stressful but not good enough all I can say is poor dogs. Bet owners would not care for this treatment plus when tried to put this point across to staff member was dismissed

Poor customer service. Looking at fish and noticed a sick catfish, so notified the staff. Immediately interrogated on what size tank I have and then advised that store rules 38 L they won’t sell me anymore than 2 fish or a small school of small fish. I hadn’t even got to the point of requesting a fish at that stage. Simply pointed out a sick one.

Good store with large a large selection of items. I received great customer service today when returning an exercise pen. I didn't realize until too late that it wouldn't suit my purposes, and the shop was fine with giving me my money back, even though I had already unpacked it

Visit here regularly for dog grooming. Deborah is fantastic and my dog Sam comes home with a perfect groom every time. All the shop/counter staff are friendly and welcoming as well.
