The legal team are great, however the secretary (front desk) is a bit of a Rottweiler... My business is personal and I should not have to give her any details... disappointed

We have been working with Pier Law since 2013 and they are amazing. Going out of their way to make life easy. Caroline and Miria are both wonderful people a pleasure to deal with. We have already recommended them to multiple friends & colleagues and have no hesitation in recommending them again.

Extremely professional and friendly service. We are very happy and completely satisfied with Caroline Davey and her team. I will definitely use them for all of my legal issues.

Caroline and the team took care of the sale of my house and set up my will. It was my first experience working with Pier law and selling a property. Caroline made the process so straight forward. She was lightening quick with responses to both myself and other parties involved in the sale (streets ahead of any other firm I have dealt with, speed and precision take so much stress out of the equation with property sales. There's so much back and forth between everyone!) I highly recommend working with Pier Law, especially Caroline Davey. Couldn't be happier with the result!

UPDATE: It has since come to my attention that I have been charged for work not that hasn't been done. ------------------------------------------------- I felt completely let down by this law firm. The lawyer engaged, (Casey Walters) took absolutely no interest in my case. There was no attempt for a meeting or even a phone call. I was asked to sign documents to which she had completely fabricated the contents in complete contrast to my instructions. Instructions would be ignored and I felt berated when raising the point. "interim invoice from period (dates removed) for time spent as follows, receipt of inquiry from website" The firm believes charging for your initial inquiry on their website is an acceptable practice (see above extract from initial invoice) A relatively minor charge no doubt, yet a strong indication to the firms motive, which is clearly focused on a maximum billing outcome rather than an outcome in your best interest. I've no doubt, from my experience the outcome is at the very best a secondary concern for the firm. If you are seeking guidance and advice from a helpful and friendly law firm, based on my experience this isn't the firm.

Caroline and Miria were the most wonderful support through my first home buying process. Professional, approachable and amazing to deal with. They made such a daunting process go incredibly smoothly and I couldn't recommend them more.
