I work weekly with Charlotte to maintain my strength and range of movement. She is my third instructor in 3 years and she is the best one. She is so knowledgeable. She was able to target my weakness during our first session and prepares a programme and sets goals for me that I can realistically achieve and progress.Pilate recipe has great equipment and expertise. My time there were always fun, rewarding, and hugely helpful at maintaining and enhancing my physical and mental well-being. I highly recommend Pilates Recipe.

She is hugely knowledgable in all things pregnancy related and a safe return to exercise postnatal. She has a knack for making the complicated seem simple and I’ve loved how every session is so different. My sessions are always tailored to exactly what my body needs and she has a great range of equipment to work with. Not just your standard pilates at all.
