Brought some metal in to be pressed on Wednesday (1hour job) and told it would be ready on Friday. Friday morning told to come back in the afternoon. Rang at 3.45 - no answer. Got there at 4.15 - shop shut and no one there. Arrived 10.15 Monday morning to be told to wait 10 minutes while they had their smoko!!! Waited 25 minutes while they finished smoko and the 1 hour job that was supposed to be done last week. My time is valuable too guys.
They did a great job on an awesome stainless strip drain for my new place. Very friendly and easy to deal with.
