Absolutely poor customer service, Sent the wrong parts and showed no remorse whatsoever. Best they could offer is to pay for the return shipping and expected me to wait for it to return before sending the correct item, even though they could clearly see that the item had been dropped off to the courier depot. I asked for it to be sent on a Saturday delivery so the job wasn't delayed which I was told was too expensive, I then said I would organize the courier and pay for it which I was then told no. First time and the last time I will be shopping with this company. Back to Jonvy I go!

I ordered a stereo and associated pieces, the service was excellent and everything arrived promptly and well packaged. Totally recommended, thanks it ended up being a great birthday present.

Ordered a stereo wiring harness for steering wheel controls that the description stated it would fit my car. The company did price match for me which was great (only reason why I have 2 stars). However when the item arrived and I plugged it in, I lost AC functions and the buttons weren't working correctly. I advised them and they said try again and a local installer is recommended. I told them my vehicle, they said it's the correct harness. I've never needed to have a local installer put a stereo in as wiring harnesses are plug and play. Told them this requested to send the item back and get refund as it doesn't work. The company said unfortunately I didn't tell them my vehicle before the purchase. I requested to send the item back for a refund multiple times which they didn't accept. So have lodged a claim with the dispute tribunal for them to look into it further. Edit: the factory steering wheel controls are for the AC as well as the radio. The vehicle is factory. No adjustments had been made until I put the stereo in. I have tried to explain to you that this is part of the factory steering wheel controls. They work through the radio for power to the interactive screen and the steering wheel controls.
