One of the worst property management companies that I've dealt with. Their polices are "Peace of mind" and "Communicative Reporting" no where near that. I hope the landlords' would know how unprofessional and slacking they are, eventually it will cost the landlords to spend extra to fix the issues because of these unprofessional bunch slacking in their job. I have been in touch with the property manager, their manager and the receptionist all don't care at all. At the end blaming a subcontractor saying it's not their problem it is between the tenant and the subcontractor. I feel sad for the business owners when unprofessional people like this ruin their business and brand. Oh by the way: people that I have dealt with so far have no idea about being pleasant, quality, commutating effectively and to do their darn jobs properly so that people can actually have "Peace of mind"

These guys managed my 3 units for years until things went bad. First there was a long period of vacancy on one of my units- 10 weeks. Then there was a bad tenant situation (8,000 of damage). Finally I caught QPM encouraging my tenants to break their lease and move to their other properties... right before we parted company. My recommendation to you- beware!

He showed a genuine interest and empathy towards my brother which we both appreciated. His prompt work and guidance on what to do meant we were able to secure a lovely property. Richard Griffith has been our Property Manager for several months after our previous Manager left and immediately we noticed a huge change in service. He has been wonderful from the first day he started with us and working with him has been great. Richard is a brilliant communicator and attends to any problems quickly and efficiently. I have owned rental properties in Christchurch for 26 years and have been with my current property manager Jane Anderson (who now works for Quality Property Management) for the last 11 years. Jane is extremely professional, respectful and understanding in dealing with myself and my tenants. This was particularly important as I lived overseas for 21 years. Jane has always kept me informed of any maintenance issues and managed them efficiently. She was very supportive during the earthquakes, working hard to look after my interests and the welfare of my tenants. When I returned to NZ my properties were all in the best possible condition which was thanks to Jane's incredible competence as a property manager. She has high standards and ensures they are respected. I feel privileged to have Jane as my property manager. She is a lovely person who I respect and fully trust. She develops a great relationship with people and knows how to find just the right tenants for a property - and keep them! The whole team at Quality Property Management works very hard to create a good balance between the interests of both landlords and tenants. They always provide the necessary administrative support and willingly repond to any questions. I highly recommend QPM, and Jane Anderson in particular.
