Have been a regular here for a couple years, but I'm guessing there has been a change of ownership? Took some pants in to take the waist in, and the lady said to me that it would be "too much work" to undo the seams(?) so she literally folded a flap and sewed it shut. She told me what she was going to do but I had no clue what she was talking about so I trusted her judgment. Ended up taking them to another place. I have lost as much money tailoring these pants as I did when I bought them. I highly suggest to everyone going elsewhere to save your time and money.

Used to be good, but the latest person there I wouldn't trust to darn a hole in my socks. Completely lack understanding on how to make work look professional and trying to fix their poor workmanship just makes things worse. Poor comprehension and communication... then plays the it's the customer fault. So a customer should be a professional and tell them exactly how to do their job. Used to be a regular, now I'll never go back, get better alterations from my lawnmower
