The fastest recruitment agency in the country! From my first contact with Alan to having a job offer and signed contract in my hands it took all of 7 days. Contact was and is very friendly and makes you really feel like Randstad care and on top of that they sure have some great connections in Christchurch!

Ranstad engages in the highly frustrating (and as I see it, unethical) practice of bringing you in for an interview, having you fill out forms---including bank details---take tests, bother colleagues to fill out references for you, and then tell you there aren’t any jobs available. And of course, you never hear from them again. The person who interviewed me was kind and professional, so I don’t blame him, but I ultimately feel like I was misled by the company. I eventually found employment, and everyone is very happy with my work because I’m a competent professional. With practices such as the ones described above, I wonder how many other excellent candidates Ranstad is losing out on. Please treat people better.
