Amazing quality and price Office rung to check that I put my measurements in correct which is great customer service they mistakenly put one of the blind wands in the wrong box which was a different size I cut one down to fit but then realised that it should have been on the other blind I rung them up and they will more than happy to send me a brand new wand for the Venetian blind amazing customer service well done ready-made blinds

Use this company. Have had 2 houses done by this company and would not go anywhere else. Have done a lot of research as its a big investment and the product, customization and customer service are top notch. Speedy sample delivery, great communication, updates etc. Really appreciated the follow up call after ordering (nerve wracking measuring my old out of whack windows) but follow the great video tutorial on their website and/or talk directly to them and you will be fine. Got my blinds earlier than expected (even though we live in Auckland and it was New Year) but great customer service let me know every step. Even gave great advice on how to sign for the blinds in case of damage in transit. Fantastic. I agree with the other reviews that the organisation and customer service is gold. The blinds look great and easy to hang. So thrilled with them .Thanks guys!
