I called the team at Red Electrical to install security cameras around our home. Scott contacted me back within hours to arrange a time to visit our property to scope and quote the work. Quote was in my Inbox later that day. I accepted and he was back before the end of the week to complete the work. Great communication throughout, a speedy turnaround time, and good pricing. Great workmanship and communication from the team at Red Electrical. Have used them several times, the latest being a new plug outlet install for a hot water cylinder booster pump. Communication: Received a quote after providing details and some photos within hours which was amazing. Received constant updates on when they would arrive to carry out the work. Explained the options clearly when on site, and were available for any follow-ups. Workmanship: After reviewing out setup, Russell provided a quicker, cheaper alternative than originally planned that would work just as well, which we elected for. The work was completed in about 15 minutes and has been working perfectly since. Thanks again!

I've used Red Electrical for several jobs at a rental property including ceiling fan installation, oven fault checking and appliance installation. The service was prompt and they contacted the tenant to arrange suitable times. They do charge a vehicle fee and compliance certificate fee so it is more cost efficient if you can get multiple jobs done at the same time.
I can't believe this is still going on. We used Red Electrical several years ago for a townhouse development. Got the same service as other people. Never came when we scheduled them in. Always said they had another more important job to do. It was so frustrating. Red Electrical were the last contractors on site and the day our purchasers were about to move in we noticed the hardware to the oven hadn't been connected. It was so embarrassing as when the purchasers turned up the electrician was busy getting it all sorted. ( nice guy and not his fault though) when we disputed our invoices we were told about the gps. Who knows what the electrician was doing in his van for hours. The original quote 49991.83 then they wanted an extra 30815 for labour which we were forced to pay. They even had the cheek to say it was a discount. Yes we had a few issues from other contractors that resulted in Red Electrical having extra work to do but the extra fees were over the top.
We needed our wot water cylinder repaired, red did it with no fuss and not to expensive.
We would highly recommend Red Electrical, as they offer more than just the 'traditional' sparky role, and seem to genuinely care about the work that they are undertaking. Red Electrical have been doing work for me for a number of years now, so when it came to building my own home I did not hesitate to talk to the team and involve them in the planning, design and installation of my electrics. Very happy with the end result, and great customer service from their part.
Highly recommend RED. I have used them for both full kitchen reno works as well as smaller jobs. They are super professional, turn up on time, take their boots off at the door (!) and clearly take pride in their work. Will definitely use when i need a sparky next.
