Came in to make an appointment with a referral from my doctor as I put my neck out and owe my goodness I never expected to be treated and spoken to so rudely by the lady at the desk. To finish it all off I was asked to prove my acc claim would be accepted by acc before making an appointment. What the he'll, I was told this was a great physio by someone who went there, my ass!!
