Excellent, fast and professional service from Russell at very reasonable rates. Exactly what I was looking for to service & repair my older sewing machine. My machine is sewing beautifully again! These guys operate from a home workshop which makes it really easy to drop off and pick up, even on a Saturday.

Really honest and helpful service. Retired couple that work out of an office at home. Wonderfully friendly and were happy to give advice. Had the integrity NOT to repair our machine as it was more economic to buy a new one, but were very helpful and accommodating during the process. If you would like an old school, knowledgeable and helpful repairer - this is totally 100% the way to go
