I really enjoyed my time with Ryan recruitment. They were the first to get back to me when I was looking for a job, and quickly got me into work. They were always super helpful, and Steve was great to work with. Working for Ryan was the perfect way to bridge the gap between high school and my current job (even if it was a lot longer than I thought it would be due to covid) If I was ever between jobs again, I would be happy to sign back up. Had an absolutely amazing experience with Ryan from start to finish - Julie welcomed me at the agency with open arms. Within the first 20 minutes of meeting it felt like chatting with a friend. She found me a temp job the day after my initial interview which went splendidly and kept in touch through out to check everything was alright. Within a week of meeting, I was working. Then during my last day at the job, herself and Gaby came to visit with some biscuits. I left their care as I had found a longer-term position but I actively encourage anyone looking for a job to go visit the lovely ladies at Ryan! PS: for anybody wondering - no, you do not have to pay anything to use a recruitment agency. It is all handled by the employer. Don't hesitate, it's like being an actor with a personal agent -- very exciting.

Over my career I have dealt with several recruitment agencies, Recently I have been working with Ryan Recruitment and they are by far the best agency I have ever dealt with. While all the Staff are very friendly, extremely supportive and Professional, there are two main reasons I wanted to leave this review. Firstly that they have gone above and beyond to make me feel like a valued candidate. Secondly their communication is second to none, both Julie and Trish are always in close contact and follow up when they say they will, which I have found very rare working with other agencies. Always on the phone before and after interviews checking in. Julie has taken extra time with me to provide interview preparation and found me temp work while I am on the search for my dream role. I cannot give enough gratitude for all the Positivity and support Julie and the team have given me. Ryan Recruitment truly put the candidates and clients first.
I cannot recommend these guys more highly, but definitely 5/5 stars from me. Brand new to New Zealand, I was employed as a temp within days on assignment, resulting in a full time placement in my dream job. Thank you all so much for all your efforts and encouragement!
Don't bother with this Agency, No Communication's at all, highly unprofessional. No point thinking an agency will help a highly professional person find a position, when they do absolutely nothing for you. 0 Contact/communication in mornings however we have tried with Ryan, but still nothing in return.
The team at Ryan Recruitment were very supportive of me on my journey to find a job after becoming a COVID redundancy statistic. They got in touch with me after I had registered online and we had a discussion about the type of work I was looking for. Then more recently I was contacted to go in for a face-to-face meeting and to discuss a possible temp to permanent job opportunity. The process went very smoothly with the employer and Ryan were very supportive and helpful through the interviews and setting me up to start at the job. I will have been there a week tomorrow and am enjoying it so far and still getting support from the team at Ryan which is great. Thanks guys, I am really happy with what you have done for me. :-)
Amazing experience with Ryan, gave me good jobs and hours all thanks to steve, stu and crystal. I'm with Ryan since last year. Lots of things learned though ryan, that I'm using everyday in current job.
