I have bought a galaxy tab s7 plus three weeks ago. It was supposed to come with a bookcover keyboard but I could not get it then because there was no stock in store. One of staff told me that it will be delivered in a week, I asked him three times about it and he said for sure it will be here in a week. After a week, saying I need to wait another week. A week later another week again. Now still another week. I have visited the Noel leeming, jb hifi. They actually have it in stock and selling it . It is really ridiculous.. The Samsung does not have their own product when other companies are selling it. This device is pretty big. It can not be handled without the cover. I should have just bought a laptop not this one. I was trying to get a refund but they said no because the box is already opened. Wow. Samsung. Great customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Appalling customer service, rude, obnoxious and condescending staff. Was advised by Samsung NZ to drop my phone to them for an repair under Consumer Guarantees Act and under warranty due to a fault. They gave false information about our rights both under the warranty and at law. We left phone with them to escalate and work out what to do with it as they didn't have the parts available to fix it - they then handed it in to Westfield security as lost property!!! Absolutely Disgraceful.

Had an issue with spotify on my watch not connecting to my phone. Liam was incredibly patient and helpful. 15 minutes and it was all fixed. No bother. I cannot rave about the service enough.

They are very good they are doing everything to sort a problem with my phone won't stop till they have sorted it I can't believe this service is free brilliant I shall recommend them to my friends very pleasant staff

Hopeless service both staff couldn't be bothered helping when I had an urgent situation with texts accidentally being deleted from my ph they told me 100% would never get them back but didn't even look at my ph settings or even try. Took it Spark & 2 mins later all my texts were retrieved by a lovely helpful lady.
