This is the second time that I have used Savvy Houz for a Building Report in Christchurch in the last 8 weeks. The report was well documented, reasonably priced and I received the full report with in 24 hours of the inspection. These guys were amazing! Came out at very short notice to inspect a property before auction, the report was very easy to understand and it covered all the important stuff when purchasing a property. They also included info on the area which was a good touch. Followed up with a meeting to go over the report with questions I had which were explained in easy to understand terms which helps when you're not a builder. Great work guys, A service.
