Asked for help to fit a rubber seal to a very old liquidiser the very nice serviceman did it straightaway successfully. Had been dealing with another company who couldn't do it. Thank you so much as this appliance has been of great use to me over the years.

Sell their debts to Arorangi Debt Collectors straight away and seem to find it difficult to trace payments. Because of honest confusion and pretty poor communication we were notified of a debt for something we could not trace. Customer service suffering from exhaustion caused I am guessing by late payments. Service guys were great. But the whole payment thing tends to leave a sour taste.

I don't understand how shops like this can survive. Noel Leeming send my vacuum cleaner here because it was broken. For two weeks I receive no communication from Saxon until I call to ask whether they actually received my vacuum cleaner (they had) and if they had been able to order a part (they had) and if they had an ETA (they didn't). Two MONTHS later, they finally received the replacement part and... it's the wrong part. I picked up my vacuum cleaner before the part arrived because I needed it and it was somewhat usable without the replacement part. They had apparently given the vacuum cleaner a "blow out" but it was dirtier than before (dust canister was full of black grime and dust that I definitely don't see when vacuuming my place!) and it was reassembled incorrectly which could have broken another part. This place is pretty useless and I would recommend finding a different repair shop. If Noel Leeming wants to send your stuff here, ask them for a different repair shop or find one yourself. The staff when dealt with were friendly, but I would have appreciated some more communication from their side. Their level of skill and attention to detail is hopefully clear from the rest of my review...

Incompetent and pretty poor experience... My oven needed a selector switch. It took an age for Saxons to contact me post the initial diagnosis and ordering part from manufacturer. When i rang and asked, they blamed the supplier and Covid. I rang the supplier and found out the switch was in stock... There were numerous phone calls between Saxons and the oven manufacturer. There were numerous reasons from Saxons as to what had been the problem. Eventually, through perseverance, a switch got sent to Saxons but then the service man claimed that the wrong switch was sent. Saxons then closed the job out saying that the correct part could not be sourced, nor could it be fitted. To their two star credit - they did not charge me. However, the same day, I managed to order the part myself, and then got another contractor to fit the part - all done within 7 days.

Hi Timo, We have tried to contact you a couple of times to address the issues you have raised. We accept we could have communicated with you more and returned your machine in a better condition. However, it seems unjust, as we can only rely on and pass on information (and the part) relayed by the Supplier of your vacuum cleaner. It is their product, their backorder and the part they supplied. Sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused. Regards, Saxon Appliances.

Absolute hopeless. Zero service. They had my kitchen aid for 4!!!!month with no Result at all. Just stories about Covid delays and supplier problems. Never called me to update, never called back after I left messages. It's just so disappointing how someone can work like that. I should have read the reviews before. Don't ever go there!!!

I'm a trade customer and have no issues. They deal with hundreds of enquiries a months and there will always be some complaints. I'm on Saxons side. Sorry unhappy customers!

I asked them to check a dishwasher as it had a small issue. Arranged a time for them to drop by and fix it and heard nothing further. I followed up with the tenants and found out that they had taken the whole thing away! I called them only to find out that they had 'found other issues' and that the cheapest option was to scrap it. In short, if you have a small issue with an otherwise functioning appliance, get ready to scrap the whole thing if you engage Saxons.
