We came upon this cafe several months ago and now visit regularly. Staff are always very professional and yet friendly. Super efficient and even when very busy they ensure your drinks and food are brought to you promptly. Menu is great and the food is exceptional

While only an ice cream each was purchased, I received ultra friendly attention by the two staff at counter. They were both so nice. Pay rise recommended there!

Nice eatery hidden at the end of the beach. The food is better than other locals while the staff are friendlier. There are even a few decent vegan options. Of course they serve nice beach food. There is an attached ice cream takeaway as well.

I’ve only been on weekend mornings for brunch. The view is wonderful, of course, being right on the beach. The coffee is great. I’d say about half the menu items I’ve ordered were great, with the other half being acceptable; nothing was bad. It’s a great spot to have breakfast or brunch before heading to the beach or letting the kids play in the park and it seems to be a popular meetup spot with the locals. On a busy weekend at busy times, parking can be an issue, but that’s not unexpected along the beach in Sumner. There can also be a wait to get a table in the restaurant, but that’s not unexpected in a popular location.

Fantastic coffees! The eggs Benedict was delicious, beautiful poached eggs still runny in the centre, the bread was toasted perfectly, delicious crispy bacon & all smothered in heavenly silky hollandaise! Quick service & great price, Will definitely be back.
