Excellent practice. We had a lot of question regarding preparation of international puppy travel. Catherine Hughes did a lot of work research back and forth with MPI on our behalf. Unfortunately we didn't end up going through with anything as there were changes in rules on the USA end which took the possibility of flying off the table, but we're very grateful for her professional and courteous answers. We were also very pleased at the level of care and patience Dr DB had during the initial puppy vaccinations. Would happily recommend.

Friendly experienced staff who love animals.
Amazing service and very well priced! We called in desperation as it appeared our cat had had a stroke (thankfully not and seems he's had some unexplainable episode).. our usual vet who we were enrolled in REFUSED to see us because they were "fully booked" yet every single other vet we called all said that our usual vet was obligated to see us.. Shirley vet was incredible, they were fully booked too but squeezed us in anyway! So very thankful! We've now enrolled with Shirley Vet!
These lovely ladies treated my cat and I with awesome care and I can not fault then in any way shape or form. Totally recommend Shirley Vets. They are number 1 in my books. Thank you from Biggles and me
The staff here are so kind and loving, they make you and your fur baby feel like part of the family. Always try to squeeze you in if you need urgent help and they are only a phone call away.
Vet Catherine was incredible! You can tell she’s so passionate about her job and very professional but on top of that, she genuinely cares about both the pet and the owner ️ Definitely recommend
Great place to go to if you like paying for an expensive operation twice due to their mis diagnosis. Cost approximately 12k and over a year to pay off. Only other option was to let our family pet die or pay up, right at Xmas time. Not even an apology or any acknowledgement. If I could afford it I would take to court by I’m broke .
Great friendly service and also love that they have afterpay as I was turned down by another vet for not having the full amount even though it was urgent thank you Shirley vet for showing humanity and compassion ️
