Really friendly and generous service, and there is a fantastic variety of vegan options. The Thali Plate is good value for money. Will definitely be coming back soon!

A 100% pure vegetarian restaurant in Christchurch. There thali is delicious and contains a puri, 2 sabji’s, rice, dal & a sweet. Located close to Indian Food Mart, Yogiji’s & approximately 6 mins / 3.0 km drive away from Christchurch Hare Krishna Temple (ISKCON)

I would love to give 4 star overall. My wife termed this as innocent food so I would love to give 3.4 star. Reasonable price(just 10 Thali). As told they are non profit organisation and not business.Food is more of satvik which means they no garlic or onion will be used to make curries. As they are pretty new, customer service is very good.

Food was tasty, but worst service. Just keep in mind if you didn't like the food or found something in your food, you will be disrespecting the parshad (It is normally consumed by worshippers after worship.) Restaurant manager will tell you this, when you like to complain about food and also will tell you that normally he don't tell people it is a parshad unless someone found something in the food. He will also like to know your name and ethnicity. For me, I entered in restaurant which serves total vegetarian food and where you pay for food as they advertised. No where in restaurant say they serve parshad. Parshad is respectful for me as well and will never disrespect the parshad, if I know it. I writing this review to tell people please ask before buying your food. Is it normal restaurant food or is it parshad and, someone's religious believes in it?

Delicious food, tidy restaurant and excellent service! Owner's are ultra friendly and polite. I'm one to only write reviews when the restaurant truly deserves it, and this is no different. Definitely one to check out!

Dosa is delicious with delicious slightly spicy sides. Vegan mango lassi was thick, sweet and tasty. I look forward to eating cake next time - the vegan chocolate cake looked very decadent. There were also ladoo, and another cake.
