Aaron was quick on the scene and prompt with repairing the leak. Out of the 4 plumbing companies I've used, this one will now be the first one I'll call. He was very knowledgeable and provided good advice regarding preventative measures and potential risks with my piping.
Great plumbing knowledge and always willing to share and explain in layman's terms. Smartflow installed a new hot water heater then reviewed and optimized the reticulation. I now have a lovely hot and high pressure shower immediately after turning the mixer! The workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding, a very professional finish.
Aaron is a top bloke and does a hell of a good job, I'd recommend him to anyone. I find that the real measure of a good tradesman is how they respond when things don't go according to plan or the job is more difficult than expected, and he really helped me out of a sticky situation with some gas conections.
