Very nice store. We got a baby carrier for a good deal. The staff guy has been very nice and helpful. Still, I will never buy a new bed or couch in New Zealand. Anyway, recommend when they have sales.

Great service when we went in. Had an amazing sales rep (Gilbert) who went above and beyond to get us the items we wanted. Allowing us to trial all the beds we needed to, entertaining our youngest kids while we did so. He was patient and extremely helpful throughout our time there. The store itself was very clean and the other staff around were well presented and friendly. Great experience all round!

Good sized selection of things often a few dollars cheaper than the other retailers when on special. Purchased a fridge, it was installed and the old fridge taken away in a matter of days. The store feels like it caters to the 1990s rural farmers crowd but they are moving towards today's trends. The Smith City at The Colombo feels more fresh. The staff a little predatory, and will circle around you trying to be helpful.

We had possibly the best customer experience I've ever had with Imran when choosing our new bed and pillows. He is incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to ask all the right questions, and explain everything to us so you really understood what you were paying for and why. If you are looking for a new bed but don't even know where to start, he's your guy!
