Just completed 2 days with Chris and had the time of my life. Chris was the most amazing guide I have ever fished with, his ability to spot fish was incredible and his approach to give you the best shot to hook them was second to none. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone, just wish someone had recommended him to me on my first trip here.

A mate and I flew over from Oz for a few days fishing. The conditions were pretty tough with stong winds and high water levels making a lot of places unfishable. We went out for a day with Chris and he took us to a secluded spot where he was able to spot some absolute trophy fish. We both caught the best fish of our lives! Chris is just a down to earth good guy with amazing knowledge and willingness to share it. Can't wait to get back and head out with Chris again - cannot recommend highly enough!

We arrived in Christchurch in the face of howling winds and pressured water after the opening week. Thankfully for us Chris had a plan and guided us for a day in a sheltered backcountry river, with plenty of shots at big browns throughout the trip. We both came away with fish of a lifetime and learnt volumes off Chris, who was easy going, knowledgeable and great company for our day out. I couldn't recommend a better guide for a days fishing.
