It’s a very bad experience. We have a holiday at New Zealand. First we choose the spark. But when we want to charge the prepaid plan,there have some problems happened. We go to asked the staff,but he just look and not give any helpful advise. And totally don’t want to council us. We don’t get any help at last. So we choose vodaphone at last. They are very kind and helpful.
