Had a very bad experience today. Couldn't even help me with some temporary contact lenses till the ones I ordered and then found out they are coming from Australia, that they couldn't even help me out and me knowing that they have them in store as that's how I got a pair when I got my eyes tested but they couldn't even help me. Just wish I went to OPSM, as they seem a lot better and have better reviews. And better customer service

Would give 0 if possible. Had to go in 3 times as overcharged. Staff are full of excuses. 1st time didn’t know how to charge so charged extra although we are aa members (said to come back when manager was in as she didn’t know how to refund), second time got told only she can fix problem and finally third time manger rang back very unprofessionally and said no to any refund and threatened to trespass because we were upset that we had no resolution. Anyone wanting glasses, please support Bailey Nelson Optometrist downstairs, great value, customer service and knowledgeable.

Horrendous!!!!!!Left here with a perscription for my child after a routine eye test, he has never had glasses before, the fact they were trying to up sell made it feel like a market stall rather than a place that is technically for medical eye purposes - you don't get forced into sales at the doctors or dentist! Anyway, afetr taking my son to 3 other opticians found that he actually doesnt even need glasses so I now have a random unneeded pair of glasses sat at home and thankfully never made my child wear and that could potentially actually make his ok eyes worse!

Terrible service. No emergency phone number to call over lockdown no email to get hold of anyone. They didnt check details and daughters glasses were sent to wrong adress with no tracking or none I was given to find where they were anyway. Every time I phoned took about 6 calls for someone to pick up. Some ppl quite rude and unhelpful. Last lady I talked to was great but apart from this terrible experience definitely wont go here again and wouldn't reccomend
