Just spent 4 days in Ward 3. I could not fault the staff, from the lovely reception staff, nurses, cleaners, everyone was pleasant and helpful. The nurses were exceptional and certainly made it a very personal experience. Beautiful food. If ever any of you are looking for a move to the West Coast, I would certainly employ you in my facility! Well done team.

I had my first general anesthesia and surgery here and the whole procedure went very well. The staff were with me every step of the way and I was admitted quite quickly. The hospital ran like a well-oiled machine and everyone from the nurses to the anethisists to the surgeons worked well together to get me sorted. In addition, the facilities were both clean and practical.

I have visited this hospital twice. One for X-ray, an other for general medical check. These two checks are all for INZ. The environment is quite nice and the staffs here are very nice and makes you feel worm. Also, they are quite professional. Everything goes smooth and quickly. Really recommend this good quality hospital.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOSPITAL, I had private surgery here and it could have cost me my life. Extremely negligent nursing practices left me battling a severe case of Sepsis of which I was rushed to the Emergency Department at Public Hospital and had to have urgent surgery including bags of blood etc. to be treated. I am now disfigured and I require a further two surgeries and 2two procedures to even get me back to close to normal. The experience has left me scarred and my whole family traumatised. Choose your hospital carefully.

I was very nervous to get all my Immigration medical checks done as it is an unknown time for me here in Nz. All staff members were very comforting and eased any worry I had. I saw a few medical staff who were chatty and lovely, one of which was Dr Lisa Amin who quickly drew my attention away from worry and into a brilliant conversation about New Zealand's best walks. Thank you to a brilliant team of ladies who made my checks very easy and quick!

The staff were very professional. They took time to ensure patients felt at ease and knew they were cared about. There was excellent communication throughout the process. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The food was produced with the utmost care, presented beautifully and tasted as good as it looked.
