Today I came into this shop and got a banana thick shake and some hot food. Was the best shake I have had in years!! Hot food was also delicious but the best part of it all was the customer service the last serving me with today was so lovely and well presented such awesome customer skills! Thank you for you're service I will definitely be returning!

Love the icecream, but the customer service is just the worst. The lady that was serving me was acting like I'm supposed to know how everything works and all the types of icecream in your shop, also was hard to hear her and she was repeating in a mocking way and was not helping at all. I can't even imagine how hard it would be for tourists with English second language to order anything from her. Loved the icecream but wouldn't buy anything there again because I don't want to deal with it. She was also quite rude to the customer in from of us.
