Repeatedly not contacted or excuses given for a late order. 5 months ongoing with them so far including the store having to reorder my order due to losing it. Product is still for sale on the website yet they can't seem to actually get it to the customer...

Ref#675730 Have bought a couch set a year ago and bought insurance with it, came with 5year warranty. Have had issues and tried contacting them and have send the email address to fault pictures on. Still waiting and have tried calling several times again but no response. Two weeks later got call and being told christchurch technician will contact me. So far no calls received. Have call Kevin the head sales Manager and left the messages to call back. No reply so far. Very disappointed with the service.

Ordered bedside tables online for click & collect, it took 4 days for order to be acknowledged (took money immediately). When they did acknowledge, it was to take 2 weeks (approx) to be collected! I couldn't get hold of anyone to cancel order as it was in stock so why the wait!!!. Another 5 days of trying to get customer service, and another 7 days to get a refund. No explanation or apology what-so-ever. Took my money to a deserving business, you should do the same.

Great range of furniture and awesome service from Preeti. We bought a bulk lot of furniture for our new home. Preeti was one who dealt with our order. As we were still building house we went and bought furniture few months earlier. Preeti made sure all our furniture was in the warehouse ready for pick up few days before we needed. The communication was great throughout the sale was great. The Warehouse team was very helpful when we went for pick up too, they helped us putting all the furniture nicely in truck and entire experience was great. Will be surely shopping again. Thanks Preeti and target team.

We were taken care of by a lovely member of staff by the name of Preeti. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend the store and in particular, this staff member. Thanks Preeti, we look forward to working with you again in the future:)

We had such a great experience with Preeti at Target with our daughters bed, she gave us space to chat when we needed and no pressure which was just lovely, chatted with our daughter and I would highly recommend. Love love love the bed too, such great quality.
