Worst recruitment agency I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. I’ve never felt so unsupported and worthless by a agency. They got told by their client (a DIY store I worked at for a whole 3 days) that I wasn’t suitable enough for them, for reasons I still to this day do not know, because they refused to tell me in detail what I’d done wrong and instead give me a load of false accusations and misinformation the company said about my performance. Usually, an employee would be spoken to about their performance if an employee wasn’t quite up to par with the work. Usually, employees get given a chance to ‘improve’. Usually, you get told that your length of stay at a company is based on your performance, if it is actually based on your performance! Usually, an agency would tell you that you’re no longer required for work more than 15 minutes before you start your shift. Usually, an agency would offer you other work and allow you to give something else a try, but no. Tech 5 told me I won’t be getting more job offers from them...they didn’t care about my side or anything I had to say about it. Tech 5 is unprofessional and completely out of touch with the reality of what it’s actually like as a worker. I’m still shocked at how I’ve been treated both by Tech 5 and by the lack of caring from the company I was working for. This could happen to anyone. Anyone who’s a genuine worker like myself, doing their best and actually wants to improve if they knew they weren’t doing something quite right, they still wouldn’t be safe. I know I didn’t do anything wrong, and if I did then why didn’t anyone tell me and why wasn’t I given a chance to improve? So many questions unanswered and It’s utterly disgraceful. Let go and cast aside just like that. We’re all just worthless workers to Tech 5 as I’ve found out.
