Marist Water Polo Auckland were hosted here by Canterbury Water Polo. Seems like a nice quiet bar was fairly crowded after the 4 teams plus supporters arrived. We managed to enjoy some real good pizza, chips and a few beers put on by our hosts. Great parking and easy to find. Thanks Canterbury Water Polo

Had and excellent, reasonably priced meal there with my partner early on New Years Eve night. Great attentive service and tasty food. Will be back!

We were with a group of 24...all were served promptly. The staff were friendly and helpful and the tasty food was creatively presented.

Having just had my 4th visit to The Elmwood Trading Co I feel that I can write an honest review of the dining experience. Having moved back to Christchurch nearly a year ago, my wife and I embarked on a quest to find Chch's best Battered Blue Cod, we are pleased to say we have found it at the Elmwood. Always consistent, always perfect, - batter crispy, fish flakey and chips crunchy. we have had some shockers in our search, one place even put lemon and herb batter on their blue cod, why don't you just serve crayfish with a bottle of tomato sauce, you savages! Staff are friendly and don't be put off by the sports bar pub atmosphere, to the owners and staff well done, and don't fiddle with it, you've got it right.

Lovely place to go for a meal or catch-up with friends We went as a group The food was good It is lovely to go to places where the the staff are happy and smile every now and then A bit lacking here But it is a place I would go back to

My friend and I Ordered from here on uber eats. I wanted porkbelly and was sold on this place due to the kumara and coconut cream mash. Also ordered the orange almond gateau. Instead we got some sort of potato and kumara slice thing, that while nice, was not what I wanted. Would have gone elsewhere if I had of known. The kicker was that by definition a. Gateau is a layered cake.. No, what we got was a solid piece of rock that we could barely cut. Shoddy and pretty disgusting.

Food can be a bit of a hit and miss, I've had some nice meals and some not so nice meals. Staff can be often slightly unfriendly
