After some years of use we felt it was timely to get our heat pump serviced. Called the Heat Pump People. Was very impressed with how prompt they attended to our request. The technician was very professional in the way he went about servicing the pump and a delightful person as well. Excellent service all round.

Great team here ! From initial consultation at home with Steve through to the installation - great communication all the way. On the day two super friendly fellas got to work. Clean and professional and friendly. Even pausing so I could take a photo of the family cat sitting in the passenger seat of their work van. A great Daiken Heat Pump providing much needed air con for the remainder of the summer and winter ahead. I recommend The Heat Pump People.
Over the past 2yrs both of my 10 yr old heat pumps have died. A friend of mine recommended The Heat Pump People after the great job they had done on a few of his family's properties. They have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish on both occasions. The assessor that comes is really knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions asked. The installers were polite and friendly guys who completed the work to a very high standard. Their prices were excellent and all work was completed efficiently and at the times organised. I rate them very highly and confidently recommend them to my friends and workmates regularly.
The people at this company are fantastic. My 84 year old Mum's heat pump broke down just as the country went from Level 3 to level 2. The heat pump technician advised putting in a new heat pump as this one had reached it;s use-by date. Valerie sent a quote through later that morning. After further discussion on the phone with Valerie it was decided to put in a larger unit, and she sent through the new quote later that day. Valerie was amazing to deal with and the number of calls we had she was always polite and cheerful. She above and beyond to get Mum's heat pump installed before the long weekend and the cold weather. I will continue to use this company for maintenance of the heat pump and will recommend them to other family and friends. THANK YOU VALERIE AND TEAM.
I used The Heat Pump people recently to service my two home heat pump units. The tech did a great job. He was great to deal with and very thorough. He also went the extra mile by offering to remount our condenser pump to cut down on noise. I will certainly be using them again next time.

Outstanding workmanship. Professional tradesmen with top notch knowledge of their product and how to install it. Left my house spotless at the end of every day, and believe me, it looked like a bomb had hit it on the last day! Afterwards, you could not even tell they had been there. 100% happy to recommend using this company.
I was very impressed with the prompt service I received. Phoned Monday morning about my heat pump not working. A repair man arrived at lunch time but unfortunately the heat pump had died a natural death! I was given a very reasonable quote to replace and install the unit and accepted it. The new pump was installed on the Wednesday morning by two very pleasant and efficient men who tidied up after themselves and took away all unwanted parts. I would highly recommend The Heat Pump People to anyone having heat pump problems.
