Hello. I am very disappointed with The Warehouse. I bought a Veon TV some time ago. She had a problem with your audio. I opened a call with TW, who sent a technician to my house that detected the problem. I was then asked to take Television to the Store where I bought it. And I took it very carefully. The problem was not resolved and I was still returned to the television inside a grocery cart with scratched edges. There was not the slightest care with my television. I went to solve a problem, which was not resolvable and came back with another problem. The guarantee that exists is only for beautiful as the problem has not been fixed.

I rang the store to check if they had a particular vacuum cleaner in stock, it was, so I went to the store later on, and asked for help. The call went out and Evie, who I had spoken to on the phone came running, having remembered my call. She got a trolley, went to the back of the store, loaded it up, opened a cash register so I didn't have to queue to pay for it, then took it to my car and loaded it in, all the while being polite and cheerful. Excellent customer service from Evie, much appreciated by a senior citizen!

What can you say, another big red shed and just as messy as the rest. Mind you it was the day after Boxing Day. The one thing I did see at this store that I haven't see at any of the other stores was at the unusual behaviour of the staff serving at the jewellery counter, as shown in my photos. When I arrived at the counter there were other customers waiting ahead of me for assistance. The two staff members behind the counter had their backs toward us and seemed to be more intent on talking to each other and looking at what was on the computer screen than what was going on behind them. I was there for well over 10 minutes and not once during that time did either of the two staff turn around. And yes, in one of the pictures, that is jewellery sitting on top of the counter.

Love shopping here, the staff are so friendly and helpful. They have the best gardening section, my favorite area.

I got a click and collect on a tv and it was the biggest muck around I wanted 2 week after ringing up I got told to go a collect so I went in to store to be told that they couldn’t get to it then we left then about 1 hour later got told to come and collect again just no communication trough their staff

Bad phone service, no point even ringing up. Security guard looks at you as if you gonna steal when u purchase thousands if dollars of items off them over the year, for many years. Have witness a staff member verbally attacking a customer infront of everyone while working. This is the hood the warehouse.. would not recommend unless it's a last resort !!!
