Bought some stuff for my room. Jug TV etc. Young guy in the TV section actually carried the TV all the way to outside the store so I could get an uber. He should get a promotion he was really helpful. I say thanks.

Bought a couple of items here and one got left behind/lost on the way home. I phoned them and they promised to replace it if I came to the store the following day. When I arrived I was scrutinised and checked on their cctv footage and told they would not replace it as I had picked up all items. Will not be going to this store again as this is not good customer service, I don’t mind the 5 shirt being lost but don’t go and waste my time then and tell me to come all the way back and then look at me like I did something wrong

I was returning a pair of pants, the lady wasn't getting what I was trying to get across to her about them. After some time, she finally understood what I was trying to get across to her. I got the pants and left. Not a good experience.

1st instace bad customer service. The staff is not well trained! 2nd instance incorrect price upon scanning. Response from checkout was it maybe a wrong price tag and refused to selll at marked price. Doesn't recommend this store AND check if the scanned prices are correct!
