A big The Warehouse with a large selection of items. Decent prices and a very big car park. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to access from both sides of Blenheim Road. Open till midnight.

Asked a staff to help us, she was useless. Customer service definitely needs work. Told my daughter to grab a trolley and bring to her when she's just chatting with a guy who doesn't seem like a customer. Still saw her chatting up till we left. Ended up doing it myself, lifting a huge product. On our way to check out, we saw another employee entertaining a customer, we should've come to her instead

I bought a t-shirt a while ago and staff forgot to remove the security tag. I didn't keep the receipt(Who will put a security tag in a 7 t shirt?). I went back today and explain the situation. The staff think I am suspicious 1)The shop need to train the staff properly. 2) The staff need to stop me when the tag trigger the alarm The shop fail to do both and treat me very rude. Worst experience

Staff needs more training. I was told to go to a professional printing place for basic changes that can be done on the computer.

Very nice layout, massive store. One of the best in christchurch. Got all the good deals the warehouse normally has. Definitely recomend. You can find almost anything here!

Couldn't find the item that I needed (shelves were empty) so I asked the lady at the counter if they have it she said yes, she phoned the whole store so that one staff member could come and check the stocks at the back. I waited 10 minutes and No one came!! Got really annoyed so I just left. I don't think your staff knows what customer service is! Very Disappointed!

These guys are just importers of cheap Chinese made junk that they peddle as quality products giving the illusion your getting a bargain when in reality your buying junk at a premium! Clothes are poor quality and I'll fitting, don't expect anything purchased from here to last very long! It's basically a giant overpriced 2 shop
