Easy to book with. Go above and beyond with explaining what is wrong and best way to sort it. Awesome prices. The owner seems like a top guy and the receptionist is so helpful and has the place running smoothly. Definitely recommend.

Great service and friendly staff. No bookings needed you just rock up. Be prepared for a long wait, but leave the keys in the car and the staff move it up the lane for you. You can visit a great cafe a short walk away.

Top class service, with excellent and friendly staff. They made a real effort to fit my job in, at a very busy holiday time.

They failed my daughter on tinted windows that were done by a professional, they were the legal 35% but on European Green glass which is slightly darker than Japanese green glass so it appears darker. Went in and explained this ( I'm in the glass industry) and was told it would be fine. Fixed the other issues they came up with and she took the car back for re inspection to be told NO tints have failed. Now I may be old school but a persons word still means a lot to me and the young fella told me it would be ok as he hadn't had batterie's for his light transference device and he was happy with my explanation. To be fair the law on tints is not thought out enough to take in this variance but common sense should prevail, it was done by a professional not back yard so I'm not impressed by the handling of this by The WOF shop and would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. Stick to your word, you have no idea the stress this caused our family in this very difficult time we personally are going thru at the moment.

I've used this company a few times on 3 of my vehicles and for the first few times they were reasonable and did good inspections with resonable costs for repairs I'm not giving them 1 star only because prior work was ok However the last time really irked me as they blocked a WOF for multiple issues (which was fine), the total cost to repair these came to 1,200, there was no rush so I took my time to get them all repaired over 6-8 weeks - too long for a recheck Took it back 8 weeks later to get the WOF done again and somehow with another 800kms on the clock (guessing my other mechanic was using it while he had it) it miraculously needed another 500 of repairs to steering struts that were not picked up before - i.e. a nasty surprise... So I ended up with 1,700 of repairs to get a WOF?!! The single most expensive WOF I've ever had in over 25 years of owning cars - Picking up additional items shortly after a recent inspection is basically saying they didnt do their inspection right the first time... Won't be going back - Not recommmended
