They were a great company to work with, from first contact with Jean it was very professional and a good price. The reason I have given them four stars instead of five though was that I stated that we had a LOT of gear multiple times, especially the garage. I even provided a basic manifest. When the truck arrived most (but not all) of our stuff fit as they had underestimated the space some of the garage stuff would take. It wasn't a massive deal as we just did a few car loads but it was just a bit frustrating that I had stated multiple times how much stuff we had. They probably get people saying they have 'a lot' of stuff all the time and it works out, just on our occasion it didn't. Perhaps it could have been avoided if we had got them to come and look prior to the day. So all in all they were great - were fast, on time and polite. We have recently recommended them to people

We chose Total Care Removals in Christchurch when we moved out for earthquake repairs recently. They were great. Brandon Lafaele, went out of his way to tailor an affordable package for us that was exactly what we needed, including packing, storage and delivery back to our house after the repairs. The team who packed for us were fast and efficient and everyone from Jean in the office, to the guy who drove the truck, was friendly and responsive. Total Care made our moves easy and I recommend their reliable and friendly service. Thanks Brandon, you and your team made a potentially exhausting and stressful experience, simple, we are grateful!
Messed me around for two days ended up cancelling and paying a fee not worth the time also overpriced

I have the best part of a decades experience in the professional Furniture Packing and Removal industry and in that time worked alongside Steve Taylor. I cannot say enough of the level of care, diligence and commitment Steve displayed and it is no surprise at all that he has 'gone to the next level.
