Transcendental Meditation is the most effective meditation I have found. Simple, but hugely effective. If you are considering learning a meditation technique, I would certainly suggest the Christchurch TM teachers, as they are spot on with their training as well as their follow up. 5 stars every day.

TM is an experience of bliss I had a lovely experience learning TM with Carolyn . It’s been around 10 months i have been doing TM , it is so easy to do and so effective .Experience might be different with different people for me since I started to do TM I find myself very settle and peaceful . It makes me more of myself . I am glad that I learn TM . Thanks to Carolyn she is an amazing and knowledgeable teacher .
