Absolutely wonderful to deal with. I bought my first motorbike from them and the service was second to none. Nick was amazingly helpful and went out of his way to make the process easy and straight forward while ensuring that I got a great deal. He also helped my partner source some stuff for his bike. They will be our go to bike shop from now on. I highly recommend Tru Moto.

I've had my CF Moto 250nk serviced and they did a great job. They also helped me out when I had a breakdown issue. Excellent customer service and a great reliable place to go. (Update) I have recently bought the CF Moto 650nk from TRU Moto and I'm really happy with it. They also went out of their way to get me the color I wanted which was awesome. The bike performs superb, I just went out on a road trip around the south island and it handled everything the road threw at it. (Still recommend these guys)
Did the whole shebang and kept me informed of costs as they were repairing getting it warranted and replacing tyres. Will go again (please be nice to me car)

Had the best result evea from Nik at Tru Moto. Brought the last tyre in NZ from a firm 2 weeks ago, never turned up, rang 5 companies and nothing. Rang Nik and with half an hour he had one. Fantastic price and delivered with a smile. Only had 4 days before trip so guys your the best will not go past this store again. Cheers.
