I am very pleased with the service I received from TRU Movers. Sam and Cam were very friendly, professional and careful with our items. They arrived just a few minutes early, and worked efficiently and systematically. They were concerned about being able to fit our solid Queen bed base up the narrow staircase with a turn, so called in a helper from the office to assist and guide them, and all went smoothly. I would definitely recommend TRU Movers!

Wee are careful with peoples stuff
The movers themselves were awesome--It was amazing to see how quickly and masterfully they were able to move our stuff. The only part that left a bad taste in our mouth was that when we asked if we could use a GrabOne voucher, they told us we could, but then they sent us an invoice for the full amount. We tried calling and emailing to sort it out, but we didn't get a response before the invoice was due, so we just ended up paying the full price. They're still reasonably priced and worth the money, but it would have been nice if they had actually communicated with us properly
This is the second time we have used this company. Wouldn't think about using another firm. Access to our property down long narrow drive. Nothing was too difficult for Cameron or John. Would recommend them to anyone . Great reprensentatives of your company. Greatly appreciated the service from these guys
