Encountered with a very rude staff woman who accused me that I want to keep the books forever. I never said that as there were two other staff members besides this blonde rude staff. I told her not to put words in my mouth. She is accusing me of stealing and cheating. :(((((( I was treated shamefully, intimidated by them. When I asked about the Justice of Peace the accuser staff member rudely replied "I dont work here everyday so I dont know". I am appalled with her stinking attitude and hostility and accusations on me. As I didnt want to prolong the contention I was forced to pay a fine and penalty for re-borrowing the books. :(((((((( I was told even if nobody request for the books, the books has to sit on the shelf waiting for other people to borrow. Once I borrowed, I cannot re- borrow unless I pay a fine. The rude staff said is Library's Policy. She must be racists towards me as I am not a Kiwi.

Good library. Parking in the front car park can be an issue if you visit at busy time.
