Products are good but when hiring a trailer non of the 6 cable adaptors functioned. When I said this needs to be sorted they said you can get a refund and the cables don't actually need to work by law. Soooo when I get rear ended for having no brake lights, indicators, nudda...whos fault is that? I said can I come back tomorrow when they are fixed (or even 1) and they assured me that they wouldn't be...Good service but what the hell??

After a year of being mucked around by a local firm I found Urban Paving online. They were fantastic. Their communication was excellent. They let me know the steps involved and the timing. The pavers where shipped as advised along with the freight information. The pavers were made to order not something I could pick up through a Hardware store. The Paver that laid these said they were of a very high quality. I would highly recommend them.

Underwhelmed by poor customer service, poor delivery and price increases far beyond inflation. I had to change source of pavers part way through private landscape project as similar NZ made pavers are available for up to 25% less.
