After a bad experience with another beauty therapist I’m so pleased to have found Virginia who was more than happy to go gently with me and ease me back to having my brows done. The time, care and skill she shows is great and the girly chit chat makes you feel really at ease. If you’re like me and a bit hesitant about having permanent makeup done I’d definitely recommend you speak with Virginia.

I had my lips done by Virginia in September 2020. I wanted a natural lip blush. She didn't follow the contour of my lips, so there is an overlap around my lips now. Quite literally: there are lines above and below the outside of my lips. It's extremely embarrassing. I went back. She said she would remove the overlap, explaining it would be an "easy fix". However the recovery process of removal was far worse than recovering from the initial treatment. The worst part is that the overlap is still there. It's definitely not fixed. It's something I am going to have to live with for a long time. I have been advised (by a second opinion) this is definitely NOT an easy fix, and will take a really long time either fade away or go through another (painful) removal process. Now I have to wear concealer to cover it up every day to cover it up. All of this has been a HUGE ordeal to say the least. I had to take time off work. I can't go anywhere without concealer. It's been very stressful. I understand mistakes happen but I have to live with this now. It's really not been worth it. I paid a lot of money for the treatment (over 700). I received a once line response from her, telling me to wait. There has been no understanding of the stress this mistake has already caused me, or the time I've had to take off work. She doesn't seem to accept any responsibility. It's unbelievable that she's allowed to operate.

I loved this "makeover"..So so happy with the end result! I had my upper eyeliner done, as well as microblading of my brows. I WAS VERY NERVOUS AT FIRST, but Virginia quickly eased my tension with her professional approach. I loved the good conversations, information and her calm and easy manner. I am in the "mature" age group.....70 and needed lots of reassuring. I absolutely love the end result. Give it a go, you will be glad that you eventually took the plunge! I plan to go back and have lower eyeliner and maybe even lips done. So glad I did this!!
I had a Vit C. IMAGE facial treatment it was amazing.. Virginia was kind, understanding of my skin problem. And advised Image skincare for use at home. I will be back
