Visible Skies is a Project and Change Management consultancy owned and operated by Roger Bourke and Melanie Tobeck. What sets us apart from the others is that we are equally strong in technical design, project management, change management, communications and learning and development. A very rare combination to offer. Both Roger and Melanie have strong software skills. Melanie from within the commercial sector, Roger from within the industrial sector. Roger is particularly strong with automation and manufacturing and has worked in pulp and paper, oil and gas as well as construction. Roger is often called on to turn around projects that have been struggling and has had great success in this area. The project scale is from million dollar to billion dollar projects around the world. Melanie tends to work closer to home and has developed change management and training strategies for a variety of organisations as well as delivered training and coaching programmes and completed numerous instructional design projects. Both tend to work on assignments independent of the other but have access to knowledge of the supporting discipline.
