I called them with toilet bowl leak. obviously there are lot of urines on the floor. The technician said it was from the tank then he replaced somethings. Two days later it was leak again then call up they sent the same person came checked told me it is the sealant causing the leak but he said he is not sure definitely the problem is and he will come back again tomorrow check the Leak during the time do not use the toilet. He came next day and checked found small leak he said it is normal. The following day toliet had big leak again and a invoice for three times visit but nothing fix. Would not recommend this company at all

I'm always impressed with Walton plumbers - very professional and friendly, and do an excellent job. I've had work done by them before, and this time we were reminded again how thorough and careful their work is by our plumber doing a fantastic job (and even letting my kid watch and ask questions). Slightly more expensive than some other plumbers, but their work (and their attitude on the job) is much better than the other companies we've tried so I feel the price is perfectly justified. We won't be switching companies for any future plumbing needs!

They were unable to identify the problem area, even called on detection service who also was unable to provide useful advice. Both company had failed to help fix the leak or provide useful advice. They still send their bills. I would give ZERO star if I can. I strongly advice not to use their service!!!!!
A plumber came to my house to do 3 jobs and he did not know at all how to do a job(he tried to, and I had to pay for him to try even if the job was not done), he did a job, and the 3rd job was done but it did not last more than a couple of months. I tried to ask them to do the job that was not done and the job that did not last but they wished extra money for their lack of job knowledge, which I refused.
I've used these guys a number of times and been impressed with prompt service and good workmanship
