The staff was vacuuming whilst we were eating, noise was really loud. Then he was sweeping the food and he used the broom to clean the chairs too. Food was ok but I was really surprised that the entire environment is not as good especially this is located in CBD. Tables and chair are all dirty. They were just doing the cleaning after they opened and the customers were there already. I had to clean the table myself and given it’s COVID-19 time I think this restaurant should flow the hygiene guidelines!

We only waited for 1 minute to be serve. Nice and fast service. There are also free parking near the store.

In search of the best thick shake in Christchurch. The score is 4 out of 5 for Wendys.. Good size, cold, true to flavour with good up front taste. A bit too thick (you need a spoon) and a really sweet after taste lose the Wendy's shake a point. Otherwise a solid offering. No banana flavour which is a crime against milkshakes.

I'm surprised I haven't been here in 10 years and didn't expect much. Service was friendly and helpful. Place was clean including bathroom. And the food was good I chose a chicken burger which they made keto friendly by wrapping it in lettuce. Now I know they can do keto options I will have no hesitation in returning.

A very disappointing experience - the chicken burger was so dry and the oil dripping from the fries. The manager's response was so rude and he challenged that his fries are better than next door KFC. Not recommended place for dine in.
