This is a great property management company with excellent property managers. Had been to a few of their house viewings and every time, I found their staff to be courteous. Was a tenant at one of the boarding houses they managed. Sarah Adams was the property manager and she did a fabulous job in ensuring all of my concerns were addressed through timely responses and swift actions. Overall, had a good experience dealing with them as a tenant.

The systems and processes used were efficient and easy to understand. There was a high level of support during Covid19 level 4 lockdown. Sophie demonstrated a very good knowledge of tenancy law and associated processes. She developed a very professional, friendly and helpful relationship with us.
