Quality product with ongoing care in place. Great sales support from Renuka and no pressure. 10 days to consider once contract signed is generous and fixed prices, so very transparent. Very active business sometimes seems chaotic from buyer perspective but need to move fast to secure best property. Have seen finished homes and quite impressed with attention to everything - just move in and enjoy from day 1.

Hi would you like to explain why all of your reviews are quite clearly faked and written by someone at the company? is your service really that bad? do you have that little dignity? do you not know its bad practice and can be considered illegal?

In challenging times for most people Williams Corporation's generosity when it comes to supporting the community is second to none. They have recently offered financial support for our Canterbury Evergreens Softball Team to attend the National Championships. The principal behind EVERGREENS is to have a close knit association of past major players who could participate in a tournament once a year, keep an interest in Softball, help promote the Sport, and on their own home fronts, assist their local Associations, and help school children financially who may otherwise struggle with costs associated with representing their province. Quite simply without the support of great organisations like Williams Corporation this would not be possible. 5 Stars for a 5 star company who like us want to be leaders on and off the field.

Compared to many Wellington property developers these guys are very organised, professional and honest to deal with. Best of all you don't have middle men to deal with...

What a joke -"Building the most liveable city" . If they were to put chimneys on their buildings they would even more closely resemble Coronation Street than they already do. In Chester Street East they have manged to shoe-horn in a block of units, with marginal set-back from the road and NO off-street parking. ALL other houses and units in our street are set back at least 2m, but these guys seem to bully the Council into bending the rules for them. Compare their boring, unimaginative lego-land boxes to the 3 units across the road which were recently build and it's like night and day. The rest of Christchurch had better be aware of the modus-operandi of these guys, and be afraid, be very afraid. Who gave you approval to butcher the tree that is not even on your new build in Chester Street East in order to fit your latest Coronation Street tenement hovel ? The degree of butchering is only now fully evident since the leaves have fallen off, which makes another mockery of your website that states "We buy land and build in existing suburbs, on leafy streets near cafes, restaurants, schools and transport links". Yes, you buy them then clear fell the existing trees like what you have done in your Perth Street slum of the future ! Christchurch does not want nor does it need your types of high density developments. It's now been two weeks since the Chester Street development was completed, but no sign of any of the owners scrambling to get in. I thought these units were all pre-sold? Is this yet another example of misleading advertising by Williams Corp. ? I’ve just read their 100 year plan. God help New Zealand if these clowns are let loose to build any more LEGO land boxes. Thankfully the CCC now has control of the district plan again, so the communities will decide what type of housing gets built in our city, not these twits with their over inflated egos.

Cookie cutter homes without character. The lack of car parks in their developments is unfortunately a big trade-off for many.
