Great park! Playground is a little old so could use an upgrade but everything else is lovely. Has a nice avery for kids to see birds. Nice wee paddling pool for small children. The park is massive, lots of places to hide. We like go here to hunt for rocks. Great place for a game of hide n seek!

Small peaceful local park, well shaded by large trees,open areas, aviary and young kids play area and fenced in paddling pool. Nice one C.C.C

Place can be quiet beautiful. The park is fun there for little children and the pool is definitely for little babies. Clean tho. LOVE the bird avery. The reason for the 2 star gone is because it can become an unfriendly family environment very quickly and it's very random so that can ruin a good time unfortunately.

Pool and good playground. Exquisite mature trees. Playground matting gets far too hot. I had my baby's first birthday there in November. We all loved it and my large family :) and dogs

The birds are back. Thanks to the Christchurch City Council they have done a revamp. Playground and Pool for the kids. Lovely picnic spot.

Lovely, a real hidden gem. Playground, paddling pool, aviary, bathrooms lovely sectioned off areas in a beautiful setting.

Great place. Nice setting with flowers etc, toilets, birds, little kids pool and great little playground for toddlers.
